	BT Marine Nederland B.V. was founded in January 2004 and is part owned and managed by Leo Ritmeester, who has been working for 27 years in the Marine market, the last 17 years specialising in the propeller and sterngear market in Holland, Germany and Belgium. The new organisation provides a customized service specializing in purpose built sterngear for larger yachts and all kinds of commercial vessels. Our machine shop has CNC plant and equipment capable of handling shafts with a maximum length of 16 meters. Current capabilities include: - Propellers: Custom built to any specification and    Classification Society (LRS, BV, ABS, etc.) - Sterntubes: Water, oil or grease lubricated in    steel or aluminium. - Propeller Shafts: Built in Duplex steel, stainless    steel 316 or mild steel, stepped or bright ground. - Bearings: Water, oil or grease lubricated. - All kinds of inboard and outboard seals for water,    oil, or grease lubricated sterntubes. - KORSOR (Scandinavian) Controllable Pitch Propellers.
